Chapter 1: Startups & VC
For the first 12 years of my career, I was actively involved in developing the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and competitive business environment in Slovenia and Southeast Europe.
I helped establish university incubators and technology parks, managed a business angel network and venture capital fund, organized major entrepreneurial conferences and events, and contributed to designing seed-stage products for the Slovenian Enterprise Fund.
Chapter 2: Strategy & Consulting
For the next 10 years, I advised companies of all sizes on growth strategies, process optimization, and business digitalization. I also conducted individual and group management coaching in strategic planning, productivity, and development of leadership and other soft skills.
Chapter 3: AI Focus
Since 2025, I have fully focused on AI projects. These include developing AI strategies for companies, building AI products and solutions, implementing AI tools for process automation, and applying AI tools in personal life and productivity.
